Jim Rhatigan Portrait Unveiled

On October 29, 2016, a portrait of the late Deputy Mayor Jim Rhatigan was unveiled in front of Village Hall.

Remarks were made by Mayor Tweedy, Former Mayor Phil Guarnieri and Jim Fekert of the Knights of Columbus.

Father Tom Fusco, Pastor at Our Lady of Victory Church, gave an opening prayer and Ashley Caturano, a sophomore at St. Francis Preparatory High School sang “The National Anthem” and “God Bless America”.  The beautiful morning was concluded with Jim’s family unveiling his portrait that will hang proudly in the lobby of Village Hall.
