NYS Senator Elaine Phillips and the FP Police Department will be sponsoring a one hour narcan/naloxone certification class and opiate/opioid abuse awareness workshop. The certification class will be conducted by Sgt. William Doherty with presentations by Senator Phillips and local recovery-related organizations such as F.I.S.T. (Families in Support of Treatment).
