In case you’re unaware, the official paper of Floral Park, The Gateway, has temporarily suspended all future publications until further notice due to the COVID19 pandemic crisis.  As a result of this action, the Village Board of Trustees, on April 21, 2020, designated the New Hyde Park Herald Courier as an additional official newspaper.

This means you can now find Floral Park’s board meeting reports, legal notices, village-related events and news from village departments in the New Hyde Park Herald Courier.

The New Hyde Park Herald Courier is published once a week on Friday and is mailed to your home or business. In order for you to get all of Floral Park’s information, the newspaper is offering a one-year free weekly subscription mailed to your home or business. In addition, your free, one-year subscription offers you a digital edition of the newspaper when you provide your email address. This will allow you unlimited access to their website, www.theislandnow.com , where you will find all other community news. First time subscribers only; must reside in Nassau County.
