On July 25, 2015 Mayor Tom Tweedy presented a welcome certificate to Valerie Allbright, the owner of Bliss on Tulip. Trustees Kevin Fitzgerald, and Dominick Longobardi, Deputy Mayor Jim Rhatigan, FP Chamber of Commerce President Ron Keats and many members of the Chamber joined the Mayor in welcoming Bliss on Tulip.
